This large balance pad is amazing. It is really practical and a great size. It is pretty expensive at €100 but still worth it.

Dies ist das einzige Balance Pad was ich kenne, das eine solch enorme Breite hat und sich daher für besonders viele Übungen eignet. Das Material mutet hochwertig an, "stinkt" nicht wie andere Produkte, ist nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Eignet sich auch für mich als Anfänger gut. Ich werde damit nicht mein Gleichgewicht trainieren, sondern die Fußgelenke und auch versuchen, Bauchfett zu minimieren. Übungsbeispiele liegen dem Paket bei, sind aber auch online beim Hersteller abrufbar.

AIREX Balance _Pad X Large is een prachtig product voor mensen met een lage belastbaarheid om te kunnen trainen- revalideren. Ook voor mensen met een hogere belastbaarheid zijn er voldoende uitdagingen!
