The 6D Sliding Pro pack includes 4 sliders and is popular with professional people active in sport, particularly with sportspeople spending a lot of time travelling or in the office, or those training at home.

6D Sliders are equally suitable for beginners as for advanced users. With 6D SLIDING, multiple exercises for intensive full-body training and power exercises can be carried out individually.
