Super-tolles Produkt in guter Qualität! Damit kann In- und Outdoor trainiert werden. Hard-Core und sanft, je nach Befinden. Anfänglicher Muskelkater garantiert. Die mitgelieferten DVDs sind zwar gut gemacht, aber wer hat heute noch einen DVD, ein DVD-Laufwerk?

Die XCO Hanteln machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Das Training damit macht Spass und bietet eine gute Abwechslung zu klassischem Gewichtstraining.

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Die Flexi Bars sind etwas grösser als ich gedacht hätte und bei einem ersten Joggen damit, merkte ich doch schon nach 15 Minuten, dass es für einen ersten Durchgang reicht. Effekt ist also durchaus spürbar. Langfristig kann ich es noch nicht beurteilen.
