Offering a resistance system, which is adjustable in eight levels, you can manually set the intensity depending upon your requirement. The flywheel of 5.5 kg is driven by a grooved belt and offers a harmonic concentric run. The arm handles can be grasped in different positions and offers a cardio training as well as a strength training for the upper body. The elliptical cross trainer is designed for a maximum user weight of up to 120 kg.

The LCD display offers a clear presentation of all required training parameters. Among other things, speed, distance, heart rate, and the calorie consumption. The pulse sensors are built-in the handles and measure reliably your pulse.

Thanks to its compact dimensions of 119 x 61.5 x 146 cm (LxWxH), the elliptical cross trainer is also suitable for smaller rooms and offers with floor levelling and transport wheels further practical detail solutions.
