Achetés il y a quelques années, je les utilise toujours très souvent pour des exercices de style Pilates après une session avec des poids. Très bon investissement. Un peu large pour les poignets par contre, plus appropriés pour les chevilles.

Lassen sich auch an dünnen Unterarmen gut festziehen. Benutze sie bei meinem Home Training auf dem Ministepper, um ein Ganzkörpertraining durchzuführen. Funktioniert sehr gut.

Kwalitatief zeer degelijk product. Handig in gebruik, snel vast en terug los gemaakt. Ik heb deze enkelgewrichten van 2 Kg al geruime tijd ter vervanging van andere gewichten van een minder degelijk merk. Zojuist nog die van 0.5 en 1 Kg bijbesteld.
