The Taurus Multi Smith Ultra Pro is made of quality steel and made with particular care, resulting in a strength machine recommended for use in the fitness studio as well as to inspire every person exercising at home who values perfect exercise execution. The two cable pulls have a 100 kg weight block with 20 levels (2: 1 transmission ratio) each - the athlete can still steel their back with the highest weight, while the rehabilitation patient can also perform exercises safely while monitored. The long bar in the Smith Rack can be freely loaded with 50mm weight plates.

No me ha gustado las poleas, porque no coges en peso real del gimnasio, es muchísimo menos....los 100kg que pone a cada lado no son los reales.

En relación a tu comentario, como se indica en la web, estas poleas llevan una relación de transmisión de 2:1. La gran mayoría de máquinas de este tipo trabajan con una relación de transmisión de 2:1 o 4:1. Ich habe mich für dieses Produkt entschieden, weil man sehr viele Übungen mit diesem Gerät sicher ausführen kann. Vor allem mit dem Seilzug und der geführten Langhantelstange inkl. Beinpresse kann man auch beim Training ohne Anwesenheit einer weiteren Person gefahrlos an seine Grenzen gehen. Die Seil- und Langhantelstangenführung haben meiner Meinung nach annähernd Studioqualität und mit etwas Pflege werden diese auch lange so bleiben. Highlights: Man kann mit einer zusätzlichen Langhantel sicher freie Übungen ähnlich in einem Reck ausführen, weil Hantelablage und Sicherheitsbalken inklusive sind und stabil angebracht werden können. Man kann mit einer zusätzlichen Kette (nicht inklusive) die beiden Seilzüge in der obersten Stellung miteinander verbinden und eine Langhantelstange als Oberschenkel-Blockade/Leg Blocker verwenden. Dann ist es mit diesem Gerät möglich einen guten Latzug senkrecht (ziehen hinter dem Kopf) auszuführen. Manko: (Einen gibt es doch…) Die Sicherheitsblockade für die Langhantelstange ist nur in einem Abstand von ca. 15 cm einstellbar. Dies kann vor allem beim Bankdrücken dazu führen, dass man es nicht perfekt auf seinen Körper einstellen kann. Funktion der Sicherheitsverriegelung: Durch einhängen zweier Bauteile (links und rechts) an der Einhakleiste zwingt dieses Bauteil die Stange sich zu drehen und einzuhaken. Hier gibt es bessere Systeme die feiner einzustellen sind. Fazit: Top Preis-Leistung ohne wichtige Funktionen oder Stabilität/Sicherheit zu vermissen. ... [Read more]
