Excelente barra para discos de 30mm, robusta y cómoda de utilizar en un rack tanto para peso muerto, como sentadillas o press banca. Lo único que no me gusta son las abrazaderas, que son un incordio para poner y quitar, mucho mejor unas de cierre rápido.

Ich trainiere jetzt 3 Monate 4 Tage die Woche mit der Stange und bin von der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Was mir nicht gefällt sind die Schnellverschlüsse. Ich kann die Langhantelstange jedem nur empfehlen.

Perfekt stång för hemmagymmet! Billigare än olympisk stång med 50mm och den tål mer än 25mm stång. Längden är perfekt om man har en bredare bänk och det går att lassa på mycket vikt.
