The Iron Gym chin-up bar Xtreme is a compact multi-gym for homeuse for accomplishing your torso workouts in a comfortable way. The door bar is extremely stable and very flexible. It can be easily put in the door frame - without drilling or screwing - and resists loads up to 136 kg.
The training possibilities on the Iron Gym chin-up bar Xtreme are varied. Many torso exercises are possible by which you can accomplish your strength training at home. You work with your own weight as training resistance on the door bar. In order to be able to use efficiently the variety of strength training exercises at home, the delivery of the Iron Gym chin-up bar Xtreme includes a training manual and a nutrition guide.
Exercise varieties with the door bar of Iron Gym are very high, so that you can also use it on the floor. Besides many chin-up varieties (i.e. wide, neutral, narrow grip), which you can accomplish on the chin-up bar put in, the door bar can be used on the floor, i.e. for push-ups, dips. or sit-ups. There is hardly any torso muscle you cannot exercise with the Iron Gym chin-up bar Xtreme.
Training tip: If you are looking for a higher challenge and wish to realize a more intensive and more efficient strength training at home, we recommend to increase the training resistance with Taurus additional weights.

Iron Gym door bars can be mounted in door frames with a width of 80cm without drilling. Using the Iron Gym Xtreme chin-up bar extension bar, you can even exercise in door frames with a width of up to 90 cm at home.
