The Marcy Pure Bench - a stable weight bench with practical attachments

The Marcy Pure Bench consists of a stable steel frame construction and offers a variety of training options for both the upper and lower body. The back padding of the training bench can be adjusted in 8 different positions and the seat in 4, which means that different chest and shoulder exercises can be performed. Furthermore, there is a holder at the bench front to which the curl attachment or the leg trainer can be easily attached, depending on your preference. With the help of the curl attachment, the biceps can be trained single-handedly or with an SZ bar with both hands and the leg trainer offers a variety of extensive leg workouts with flexion and extension exercises.

Helpful features for training safely

The training bench has holders for dumbbell discs on each side and two barbell racks in the middle and above the frame. The weights can be stored directly on the device, the training can be started quickly and reliable assistance is guaranteed both with bench press and squat.

The well thought-out The Marcy Pure Bench design enables the bench to be comfortably folded up, minimising the length of the training bench from 202cm to around 87cm. This means the device can be stowed away to save on space after use, leaving more space for other activities.

Ik kan deze Marcy pure bench niet aanraden. Installatie ging vlot. Bouwkwaliteit is +- conform met de prijs. Echter zijn er wel enkele fouten in het concept achter deze bench. Zo is de positie van de rugzitting niet horizontaal verstelbaar (enkel de hoek ervan). Te gebruiken als flat bench, maar bij decline of incline staat de rugleuning (voor mij L=185cm) niet op de juiste plaats t.o.v het halterrek.
