The Heymans Trimilin Exercise Booklet with CD consists of a CD and an exercise booklet with two complete exercise sessions of 30 minutes each for training with the mini-trampoline.

The Rebounding Exercise Programs make your workouts more versatile and more fun. Rebounding is a very effective workout and suitable for every age and fitness level. Based on your heart rate, you can determine how intensive you carry out each exercise. Each training session consists of a stretching phase, warm-up phase, an aerobic phase (supply of oxygen) and a cool-down phase.

Das Trampolin ist seit Weihnachten in Gebrauch und macht bisher einen stabilen und sehr guten Eindruck. Optisch ist es sehr schön und hat einen problemlosen Aufbau. Das Preis- /Leistugsverhältns ist sehr gut.
