Die Hanteln sind im Grunde genommen für den Heimgebrauch vollkommen ausreichend. Ich habe die Hanteln mit einer Personenwaage nachgewogen. Die angegebenen Kilogramm Anzahlen werden aber nicht ganz eingehalten. Pro hantel könnt ihr ca 1 bis 1,5 kg abziehen. Die 25 kg Hantel wiegt z.b. nur 23 kg!
