Het is ideaal voor thuistraining, mits je niet al heel zwaar gewend bent. Compacte uitvoering, dus weinig ruimte nodig. Daarnaast ook nog eens opklapbaar. Constructie is redelijk stevig. Qua oefeningen die je hiermee kunt doen is voor dagelijkse (beginner) training prima. Minpuntjes: Vrij smal en compact, wat niet echt geschikt is voor brede, lange mensen. Rugleuning verstelbaar, maar niet echt super stevig. Had er nog graag wat extra lichtere gewichtjes bij willen hebben voor de losse dumbells. ... [Read more]

Die Hantelbank steht in einem super Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Bestellabwicklung und Lieferung waren problemlos, sogar früher als angekündigt.
