Useful to help stop the machine sliding and to reduce any noise through the floor, especially if you are in a flat. Still slides slightly but nothing drastic.

Nebst dieser Matte habe ich noch ein Rudergerät Concept2 gekauft. Leider derzeit nicht mehr im Sortiment (Lieferschwierigkeiten?)Trotzdem noch das letzte Gerät erhalten und innerhalb 2 Tage war dies bei mir zuhause. Top Service. Tolles Rudergerät, hochwertige Qualität. Absolut zu empfehlen
