All in one. Works really great for workouts with large weights, but in case if you hoped to use these for weights up to 20 kg, I would go for the smaller ones from Bowflex.

The only gripe I have is the length of the dumbells for doing certain exercises but to be honest they have to be this long to enable the construction of them so the pros' come with the (small) cons'. Vom Fitnessstudio zum Garagen Gym... Die Bowflex Hanteln sind für dieses Projekt ein Segen. Kein lästiges Scheiben hin und her verschieben mehr. Die Idee hinter diesem System und die Umsetzung sind einfach genial und insbesondere für das Hometraining zu empfehlen.

Klasse Hanteln. Ich war erst skeptisch wegen der Größe, aber man hat sich nach wenigen Trainings sofort daran gewöhnt. Das Einstellen des Gewichtes gelingt einfach und schnell, Material und Verarbeitung sind erstklassig, nichts wackelt, alles sehr robust. Die Hanteln liegen sehr gut in der Hand. Die Hanteln ersetzen zahlreiche einzelne Kurzhanteln, im unteren aber eben auch im hohen Gewichtsbereich, damit für mich erstklassiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Diese Hanteln sind super. Wie ich die 2 Pakete erhalten hatte, stockte mir der Atem. Sie waren groß, wo ich dann dachte das die Hantel unhandlich sind. Nein im Gegenteil. Optimale Größe. Die Gewichtsangabe ist bei mir in Kilogramm. Da war ich noch glücklicher. Das was mir am meisten gefällt ist, das man die Gewichte so... Man kann schneller seine Gewichte wechseln, wenn man ein Satz im Pyramidenmodus absolviert. So wird der Muskel besser beansprucht ohne solange Hantelscheiben zu wechseln, wo lange Pausenzeiten sind. Die Hanteln sind auch super ummantelt, sodass der Boden nicht in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wird. Man merkt und sieht die Hochwertigkeit. Eine Matte empfehle ich trotzdem.
