The elements can be positioned freely on the sturdy wall bars.The wall bars themselves consist of nine, solid beech wood struts and a metal frame. These form the solid basis for your training station and ensure both stability and safety when training.

Thanks to the versatile elements of the BenchK 733 wall bars set, you can freely design you mini multi-gym and adapt it with simple grips.
The mobile pull-up bar provides three grip options for versatile bodyweight training for the abdomen, back and arms. Experienced athletes are provided with diverse training and beginners can dip their toes in the water with some demanding variations, like pull-ups or leg lifts. By simply flipping the pull-up unit, it can be transformed into a dumbbell rack that can hold up to 200 kg. In combination with a barbell bar and the bench, a variety of exercises can be performed - from curls, through shoulder presses, to bench presses, everything is possible here.
