Barbell bars 30mm - for bench press and much more
Bench press is the most well-known exercise for chest muscles. A barbell bar is required for doing this exercise, i.a.. We offer barbell bars in our range of products of different holding fixtures of weights (with star or clip collars) and lengthes.
Please mind: the longer the barbell bar is for bench press, the bigger is the activation of the chest muscles. This is explained by the intensified "balancing" of the barbell bar as well a a bigger grip width while doing the exercise.
However, the correct course of exercise is more demanding with a longer bar. The length of the bar should be adapted to the width of the bar rack to use the barbell bar as accessory for the weight bench.
